2. Structural Innovation and Core Technologies

This seat design departs from the traditional steel-frame-plus-foam assembly model. Built on load-path design principles, it uses carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) as the core load-bearing structure — marking a shift from "material substitution" to "load-path re-engineering." Its core technologies include:

(1) xFK 3D Continuous Fiber Winding Technology

Fiber paths are precisely routed along the seat's actual load path, maximizing the mechanical efficiency of the carbon fiber while achieving substantial weight reduction alongside high stiffness and impact resistance.

(2) Integrated Structural-Comfort Design

Ergonomic support is deeply integrated with the primary load-bearing structure, eliminating redundant cushioning layers while maintaining both seating comfort and structural stability.

(3) Topology Optimization and Joint Minimization

Reducing the number of components and connection joints lowers assembly tolerances and improves overall assembly reliability and crash safety performance.

3. Application Prospects and Engineering Value
